Ms. Wagenet received her B.A. from Boston University in 2004, graduating cum laude with a major in Political Science and a minor in Spanish. While attending Boston University, she was a member of the Women’s Varsity Lacrosse Team from 2000 through 2004. In 2009, she received her J.D. and her M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Miami School of Law and the University of Miami School of Business, respectively.

Before coming to Schlesinger & Cotzen, she was an associate for approximately two years at Saxena White P.A., a securities litigation law firm in Boca Raton, Florida. She was also a judicial clerk in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Florida.

Ms. Wagenet’s abilities in business litigation are highlighted by her prior jobs as a research analyst for a holding company, an intern at a major investment firm, and a law clerk at a prominent local criminal defense law firm. Ms. Wagenet is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida.
