Ms. Parker began practicing law in 2001. Prior to associating with Schlesinger & Cotzen, she was associated with the Delaware law firm of Richards, Layton & Finger and the Delaware office of Greenberg Traurig where she represented Delaware corporations, corporate officers and directors in litigation involving fiduciary duties, statutory proceedings under Delaware’s General Corporation Law, and general corporate law issues.

Ms. Parker received her J.D. from the New York University School of Law in 2001 and her A.B. from the College of the University of Chicago in Law, Letters and Society in 1997.

Ms. Parker is admitted to practice in the State of Florida, the State of Delaware, the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
